Currently, we have urgent repairs needed after a leak in our water pipes not covered by insurance. This situation is also causing us to tear up and recarpet our office where the leak originated. Additional repairs we haven't mentioned in one of the bathrooms has been added to everything else because of other water leaks. It's a huge hit to our finances.
